    In my post the refeence to "Enforcement Officers" is that instead of Dog Wardens they are Enforcement Officers covering all aspects of litter/dog fouling etc.I feel Dog Wardens do not issue enforcement notices very often...would be interesting if DDC could let us know how many in last year issued. A person with a wider remit for enforcement may be the way forward.

    Certainly if the Dog Warden(s) are not enforcing but being paid by us the ratepayers I see no point in a bonus if the job is not being done unless we are encoraging a bonus culture akin to the banking world.
