  Finding out how many fines the Dog-Warden has issued (if indeed he can issue fines), can be found out by an email/phone call.
  
  I've diarised it to call DDC on Monday.
  
  
  Pat, would you like to email me your worst half a dozen buildings - in order of the worst first ?
  
  I've made a list and have started taking photos of the offending buildings/parts of buildings.
  
  When I have people's input and married it to mine, I can present the worst half dozen to DDC.
