    Barry W, Do please behave your self. Were you not aware that every body who has an ailment or complaint blames "The Recession" It is Ok for the likes of you and I to blame the recession for things they do not understand. It is hardly appropriate for the leader of the council who has had his hands on the facts for years to adopt that excuse. And what of the recession?? the country seems to have slid into recession over the last 8 years approximately. However Dover has been in recession for the past 22 years that I am aware off so what makes Dover so special that It was able to fire the gun before any one else?? and more importantly when is Dover,s unique recession going to come to a close??
