  I felt embarrased to be a local in Dover today I was waiting for a bus in Pencester just looking at the river over the bridge when the antics of a group of low-lifes in Pencester Gardens with cans of Special Brew and brown plastic bottles of White Lightening at their sides started swearing loudly for all to hear and thought I was going to be treated to a floor show when three of them started to square up to each other trying to exchange blows.( thought it was a alcohol free zone )If they are not in Pencester they take up residence in the shelters along the sea front which is not good when tourists (yes we do have some who stay in Dover)take a walk along the prom, my wife saw one today riding his bike and in his drinks holder on the crossbar was a can of Special Brew (which fitted very nicely) bet he had to wait to open that one after weaving in and out of people on the pavement
