I'm sorry David, I have a (DDC) Planning Committee meeting on Thursday and they both start at the same time - 6pm.
Hope other people can attend, the toilets and VIC will be especially interesting.

if you use my link it shows the agenda
So what will be extraordinary about this meeting? Will those attending be listening to the public or just seeking a vehicle to do what they want?

my understanding is that it is about the transfer of responsibilty of certain facilities from the district to the town council.
how it is funded will be the main stumbling block probably.
