Roger, although it's true that no question went unanswered, several said the reply wasn't the answer to the question they asked, and Paul Watkins admitted he didn't know the answer to my question "Why are the minutes of the Project Advisory Group (St James's Area Development) not available online?" I have since received printed copies going back to the late 90s through an FOI request and the
Minutes of the latest meetings (in 2011) are now online though heavily redacted.
Let's not forget though that this is a process that was started by the Labour group in the mid 1990s and has been on-going through several administrations, you should be able to recognise why residents are frustrated at nothing happening after at least 16 years in the planning.
