    I like the way it says we are ahead of the game compared to other councils, namely some of the councils in some of the toughest regions of the county, though many years behind the significant councils, like Maidstone (redeveloped the town centre around 10-15yrs ago) Ashford (redeveloped town around 5-10yrs ago) Canterbury (redeveloped around 10 yrs ago (Tonbridge wells (redeveloped around 15-20yrs and again 10yrs ago, Sevenoaks (redeveloped around 10-15yrs and again currently, Folkestone(redeveloped around 5 yrs and ongoing)
    We can proudly say we are ahead of Ramsgate, Gillingham, Dartford, Sittingbourne (about to start the redevelopment) makes me proud to know our forward thinking council are ahead of the game,
    (Please note the first two of those redevelopments have been failures with regard regeneration and onward investment.)
