..there were at least a couple of those.
And speaking of all things ghostly Howard, you might remember this picture we had from a few years ago of the seafront ghost. Note the old seafarer in yellow sou'westers prowling the streets in the dead of night... me timbers were a-shiverin' when I saw and took the picture. The pic was taken up by the Dover Express and they ran with it. May have gone viral for all I know.
