    Mr Heart sir,how long have you been in Dover,I was born here in 1942 and a part from some years in the army and working overseas I have lived here all my life and Dover over the 40years has gone down and down but now at last we are seeing parts of the town getting a lot better still a long way to go but they have made a very good start ,and we the public of Dover must back them up not keep on running down what they are doing.And Dover should be DOVOR not Dover.
