    2003 actually and Leader also early nineties,until Labour with liberals and one independent took over.IN 1995 Labour gained enough seats to take control on their own.Liberals and independent no longer required.So began the years of Labour control,!, Conservatives took over again in 2003.It took a long time to get the finances back on track.
    So the current Leader has achieved a lot .,whatever you might think..
