    With regards the St.James site ,Was i lead to believe that local contractors were going to be used along with local labour ? At the moment I have not not seen any ? Could we look at the first contract which stated this quote" we will use local contractors" We have lots of local firms that could supply all that is needed its a shame as there is plenty of enthusiasm to see the area developed.
