    Apparently DTIZ is going to have a 'soft' opening i.e. various outlets open up when they are ready and people spend money on stuff, as well as a 'hard' opening later when the usual suspects have their pictures taken cutting the inevitable ribbon followed by warm white wine and canapes in the TravelLodge cafe.
