I am not surprised the medical staff are great, I can not praise them enough, but the management side is not.

I try to be neutral and polite but it is hard and getting even more difficult at times.

We go to the hospitals about 3 to four times a week, we find the staff very helpfull and the hospitals are very clean ,I know nothing about the management.
Think admin needs a complete overhaul. I was invited via text to make hospital app online - which I did and it was confirmed via text and email. Then a week later had a letter through the post inviting me to make an appointment, then another one two days later confirming the one I had made online two weeks earlier. A waste of paper, cost of postage and additional admin. Same thing happened when booking MRI which again was done online. This must be replicated hundreds of times. Too many unnecessary pieces of paper and that’s just my experience. Can’t fault the treatment but management of the system highly questionable.
