    Well that is certainly good news in these hard times. Many people in the district are needing a helping hand right now, and with us having some of the worse fuel poverty homes around, many of you will have seen the Kathy Bailes feature in the Dover Express, its good to know that there is a team at the other end of the phone or email that might be able to lend economic support.
