  We are talking about electoral law here and trying to be helpful in fact. Amateur campaigns often fall foul of complex rules. This is nothing to do with any kind of moral high ground.
  
  If you want I will instead report Vic and UKIP to the returning officer/police via a formal complaint. Would you prefer that? I personally prefer not to.
  
  You really do go off on a tangent. Ashcroft has not broken any law and all donations have been fully within the rules laid down by the electoral commission. We have seen so much hypocracy from Labour over this who themselves have their non-dom donors.
