    Barry, may-be you want to ruin the appetite at a breakfast, but there is no way any commission investigating would consider it electoral bribery. There is no way the UKIP could influence people's secret vote in the ballot box by suggesting members of a local forum attend a breakfast and pay for it! It comes under a form of fellowship. If the Forum administration are offered a free breakfast, this won't come under bribary either. The vote is secret, no-one can determine what a person votes, and there is no attempt on the part of Vic to ask people to vote him in return for a breakfast! Furthermore, Barry, I am hungry right now, haven't had breakfast, and it's 3.o clock. I've eaten nothing! It's like this every day. It's a bad habit!
