Sue, I passed on my way to the library at 2pm. There was a chap with a microphone doing his best to drum up enthusiasm and about half a dozen youngsters shouting out answers to sporty questions.
There were some people with yellow jackets on and clipboards but I think that they were from Dover Rowing Club. The club had one of their skiffs on show. I didn't hang around as it was too cold.
There were quite a lot of teenagers in the library who may have been to the event earlier and had come in out of the cold.
