    I am not too sure about the smoking ban either but I am sure that they don't enforce it quite so rigorously as we do here and wouldn't waste money on smoking inspectors. I wonder how much he costs the council taxpayer every year.
    Certainly since the ban came into force hundreds of pubs have closed and many people have lost their jobs.
