    Yes it was only 500 and that means nothing as we saw with the D/P/P. THAT GOT ONLY 5000votes and that did not get off the ground.So this plan will go ahead and I hope to see it all done in my life time ,Only 50 houses going on the hights I hope they will be for the upper class to which Dover needs more of.It is wait and see.
