But the point is, Vic, there are so many 2 bedroom houses to rent and for sale in Dover town, not to mention the surrounding countryside and villages.
Howard's point has left me completely at a loss.
The numbers of houses on sale here in Dover is staggering, and also those for rent. I mean houses with garden , even garage.
All one needs is the money to effect the purchase, or a loan.
Even to rent a house - or a flat - one needs to meet certain requirements, which include having a stable income, and paying upfront an estate agent fee, a deposit (refundable if no damage is caused or outstanding rent is due) and advance payment of one or more months rent.
I wonder if the Secretary of State is aware of the staggering number of houses and flats both for sale and for rent in and around Dover. I wonder...
