    I simply can not understand why anyone with sufficient funds to buy a place in Deal chooses to live there when there are so many lovely areas in this part of Kent that are preferable.

    Having lived in Deal in the past I much prefer the Dover area as it is not so snooty and up its-self, the only part that is nicer than here is the seafront.
