    Sadly the money allocated to this project was completely under the control of Homes England and linked to the housing developments at Whitfield and Connaught Barracks. No negotiation on this at all. It will be interesting to see if it is used as the per the hype that those in charge are suggesting! Frankly I can’t see people abandoning their cars to do their shopping at Whitfield or town (joke) and commuting has changed dramatically since COVID.
