A new housing development aimed at people who can afford the convenience of driving in their cars and shudder at the thought of using public transport. In fact the marketing brochures highlight the short distance to drive into town or the station. £34m could have been spent connecting the district and improving bus services for people who haven't just moved to the area and can't afford the latest Range Rover.
