  They certainly will Howard; the personal fortunes of many black South Africans will improve substantially, but it's mostly gangs - but it isn't just South Africa where the visitor gets fleeced/robbed, mugged etc.
  I hear that gangs from overseas (some from Spain and Eastern Europe) are taking advantage of low-cost flights and coming here to rob and mug - using tomato ketchup squeezy bottles as an aid, would you believe.
  One squirts you, another comes up and rubs you down and talks to you about it and another lifts your purse or hand-bag; needless to say they are picking on the weak and vulnerable.
