  High Meadow across to Whinless Down up behind Tower Hamlets/Elms Vale is very dog friendly, we take our dogs there almost every day.

  If we fancy a change we do Kearsney Abbey (only one side of the water though - on the side with the cafe they have to be on the lead) or Connaught Park.
