    brian has a point though, the sea front is underused.

    we could have more day time events, like flea markets at weekends.

    weekend nights could have fireworks now and then, clearly nothing like the scale of last night.paul said earlier about the poor lighting, if this was improved, a local band playing, a few food stalls and a beer tent, would be enough to lure locals and some from further afield.
    we are extremely lucky to have an attractive seafront with action e.g. ferries and cruise ships in the harbour itself.
