  If Folkestone Road is running alive at night with four legged creatures, are these creatures rats, cats, dogs or what ? or is that a euphamism for ne'er do wells ?
  
  The Council may not be doing anything because thy don't know about it - I certainly didn't.
  
  If there is a problem, please let me know; I can contact the right person and get them to take action.
  
  I may be busy with the Loyalty Scheme, but never too busy to do my Councillor work.
