  A few years back Kent politicians sorry I meant police came up with the idea of exclusion zones or something similar whereby young people thought to be causing a nuisance were taken home or in more serious cases arrested. Folkestone Road was included in the initiative and I can only guess why.
  
  A mate of mine finishes his shift in the early hours and comes home on his motor cycle and to quote him "never see them during the day but after dark they come out like vampires".
