  we have had spring arrive officially a week or so ago, the first of this seasons cruise liners, surely it is time to take down that scruffy mosaic and brighten up market square?

  I must say that as mosaics go that's rather an attractive one but agree a delightful fountain is a great attraction especially for little kids who love putting their hands into the water during the summer months and running around it..

  I think it looks nice, may as well leave it there for New years eve.

  changes every year, no set date as far as i know.
  
  the surrounds look a lot tattier in real life that in the photo.

  Yes that very often happens Howard. Ive had that problem..its a sort of reverse irritant..when you try to make people look good in photos it doesnt work, and when you try to make scruffy things look as scruffy as they are, such as some of the horrific buildings, they come out looking like a work of art!! Grrrr!
  
  Yes indeed time to get the fountain unwrapped and that mosaic thing is 'orrible.
