    well 1,100 attended HARRY got your message, but I was quite busy today and was meeting some friends in London

    thanks for the offer of a lift

    I did contact paul Harrison for your number but he didn't have it.

    Anyway back to the game;

    Without doubt this was an end to end game which could of gone either way Dover had 2 goals disallowed for offside
    one was clear the other quite tight, but that's football.

    Dover had a number of other chances,, as did Farnborough, and better finishing from both sides would have seen a high score.

    then came the penalty which Farnborough missed, but did result in the Dover player being sent off, and leaving Dover one man down so it was going to be uphill the rest of the game.

    Farnborough did get the breakthrough 10 minutes from time, and Although Dover huffed and puffed it was not to be.

    Congratulations though to Farnborough who played there first game today(now got to catch up the rest of the games) and securing paddy power new owners of the club, who gave out umbrella's to each supporter at the end of the game.

    up until Thursday Farnborough didn't even know if the conference league was even going to accept them.
