18:467491On the BBC news they reported that the French dock workers are due to go on a 24 hour strike tomorrow Wednesday from 7am.
Kent Police have already said the Operation 'rack them an' stack them" will be in operation from tomorrow morning.
Just thought I'd pre-warn any early morning commuters.

19:017492what would happen if the dock workers, ferry workers and fisherman in France all decided to work on the same day?
i suppose that they would call a national holiday.
1)to celebrate.
2)to have a good laugh at operation stack.

16:357564The Good news todays strike has finished.
The Bad news is that it will resume tomorrow ,Thursday, at 7am.
The strikers have obviously become wet, tired and hungry so have retreated to their maison for a well deserved glass of wine and a meal.Ready and fighting fit for tomorrows picket line.

20:267577cunning stuff there, announce a 24 hour strike, so that trucks stay at home.
then call it off after 7 hours, so the strikers lose less money, but the hauliers and travelling public
suffer.
when will our government step in and sue the french government for the loss of revenue?
