Quite the contrary Roger, I've had a rather nice day!
Had a very early hospital appointment at Folkestone where I was seen on time. Came home, got sorted out then took a nice latte up to St Martins Battery with my husband where we sat and watched the shipping, my favourite pastime, then had a lovely interesting chat with the wonderful Paul Sampson who had just finished showing some students around our local historical sites. Went shopping in Canterbury then home for tea and a relaxing evening.
It's all a load of humbug I tell you
