    At least the aluminium fencing has been taken down now, after much email writing. There is a smaller area cordoned off with orange barriers - looked like the Ellie had been tangoed, but it is a lot better and safer than before. Apparantly the ground around the TV had sunk a bit - it would make a giant hammer if it fell on its side wouldn't it ?
