Following Gillian's charity abseil for The Harmony Therapy Trust last year she has now decided to organize a Tandem Skydive to raise more funds & awareness for the Trust who provide free holistic therapies to Kent people with life-altering illness.
Joining Gillian, age 47, are three local Dover business women, Victoria Steele, age 32, Mandy Richmond, age 47 & Moyra Henneberg, age 58 . They will make the jump of 12,000 ft on September 7th, at Headcorn in Kent. All the girls are looking to raise funds through their individual named Just Giving pages.
Paul Sullivan of local Dover company Paul Sullivan & Son, Independent Funeral Directors have sponsored the Just Giving pages for The Harmony Therapy Trust for two years.
Other local Dover businesses have sponsored the costs of the jump. They include Cllr David Hannent of PMC Chartered Surveyors, Sally Reeves, Cambridge weight plan consultant, Jennie Sutton, Country Brides of Faversham in Dover, Gill Gough, The Thatched Barn at Great Farthingloe, Peter Hanson, Hubert Guest House, John Rinaldi & others who wish to remain anonymous.
The girls are hoping to raise £3000 from further business sponsorship and donations to their Just Giving named pages.
