    The Open Golf has been held at Sandwich many times .I recall Cllr Jim Hood was very much involved when we had a Labour administration .Nigel took over from him .Let us not forget some of the good work previous councillors have done .Bit like fish and chip newspapers here today gone tomorrow .
    Over the years there has been much good work done by many councillors .Dont just look at the ones who are always courting the press .

    I sometimes look at old council diaries and recall the former faces ,
