    Nigel,Roger and myself have been posting on here re play areas .Elms Vale was always in the DDC work programme .Im sure Kearsney Abbey is on this years agenda .DDC are working for improvements We get there in the end .This work all costs money so when you get your rate demand see how far a small increase really goes .
