    But consultations have taken place Bern and people have been given choices - like whether they felt ASB or Tourism was more important - the majority plumped for ASB (as you'd probably expect) so more emphasis and money was put into that.

    I'm sorry Chris I disagree (still) with your interpretation of whether/when a play area is closed and we'll have to continue to disagree.

    Why should it be the sole responsibility of the District Council ?
