  I am sure I have refected before about a meeting I attended - a long time ago, admittedly, but I work long hours and attending meetings at the local council is not always an option for me which is why I appreciate alternative forums and methods of communication and become a little annoyed when they are dismissed as not challenging enough to prove my committment! - and the meeting was a shambles, councillors were hyper-defensive, and us proles were belittled if we did not understand the "protocols" that had to be followed in the incredibly important council meetings and just wanted to talk, courteously and in an adult manner.
