    Actually you can Vic. Paul Watkins will happily make appointments to see anyone with concerns (you might not always like or agree with the answers but he is prepared to give his time and opinions), you can write to the councils and ask for your question to be raised at full council meetings (you have to write directly to them and not just hope they will read postings on the forums) and/or you can attend the council meetings.

    Look at me defending DDC, I think I will go and lie down in a darkened room for a while.
