  It doesn't matter what apologies he makes, what humble pie he eats, or what tactics he employs now. He is exposed. We've had a glimpse of the real man behind the politician, a rare private moment in which we got to experience his genuine feelings. If you ask me, the man is a power-hungry lunatic who regards the public with contempt, meeting them in the campaign trail because he has to rather than because he wants to, and existing in denial of any of the realities that real people worry about. Gordon Brown is a complete and total imbecile, unelected too, and simply does not deserve the job he has. I'll vote for ANYONE to get rid of that stupid one-eyed moron (with apologies to anyone who may have one eye - but I'll bet even blind individuals are not as short-sighted as our idiot PM).
