Great-crested Grebe
- 30 March 2010 22:1545209Whilst having lunch today at Jasin's (yes it was lovely thank you!) I noticed four great-crested grebes on the water just out in front. Whilst they are not rare they are very elegant birds and I have never seen one anywhere around here before. The nearest ones I know of are at Dungeness. They are well worth watching if you have time.
