  What on earth are you talking about Brian? Labour is in Government and have been for 12 years, they are responsible for the state of the NHS, despite incidentally the dedication of the staff.
  
  Reform is essential and not just the NHS alone, but the whole way we are governed and how every service is delivered.
  
  Likewise it is not only Tories who realise the need for change. The Conservatives have shown how committed they are to the NHS and, despite the myths, it received above inflation spending increases every year under Mrs T and John Major. Of course that was still not enough for some and we can now see the consequences of not saying no often enough and allowing spending to run away as it has done over the last 12 years.
