This event was happening today in the Market Square. A few school classes of youngster`s being led down Castle Street by their teachers.
Free packets of seeds being given away.
Tell them that I came, and no one answered.
I got some lovely vegetable seeds! Hurrah!!

just opened the envelope thrust at me when walking past.
contains 5 packets of seed, some instructions and advice and some stickers that are aimed at encouraging children to get involved.
well done the beeb.

I am indeed a veggie, Colin ( a turnip, according to my Old Man - could be worse...). Vegan most of the time, actually.
