Halifax Seaside Town Quality of Life Review

  There was some more positive news for Dover in the Halifax Seaside Town Quality of Life Review published on Monday. Dover ranked 18th for quality of life, which I think is a very good result when compared with Sandbanks in Poole which was only ranked five places higher. Dover was also sixth for best value seaside town. This combination of quality of life and good value is the sort of message that will appeal to potential investors. I think people are starting to look at Dover in a different light.

  Good value will also appeal to any visitor, as it more things to spend their money on.

  I think Diana meant something that would make visitors stay in the area if they are not interested in our historical sites. We do not provide much else at the moment.

  Good idea Ross, there is so much lovely countryside in our area and the rest of Kent and dare I add Sussex.

  not always that good sid, sometimes you have to go as far as market square for a decent brawl.
  
  we have a regular booking with the local constabulary, good to see that protocol is observed.
