    howard - that is simply because the Conservatives dont have a position as such. Charlie has a view, I have a different view on the subject and I am sure others have other views. Such is life. It is not the Conservative way to define a 'party line' on local issues such as this that are outside the activities, policies and direct influence of the Party.

    Keith knows exactly what the views are, he just like to stir, or at least try to.
