    It was indeed an interesting meeting and I desperately hope some good does come of it.

    It never fails to amaze me that the most basic of actions to start cleaning up our streets doesn't even occur to the powers that be.

    I firmly believe that if the empty properties were dealt with and smartened up we wouldn't have to be dealing with most of the other issues in the extremity as we are now. Much of what was discussed last night....fly tipping, vandalism, anti-social behaviour, graffiti, drugs paraphernalia, etc, etc, etc are all conected to residents not having any respect for their area....and why should they if our very own council doesn't?

    Roll on April I say....what's another 6 months when we've already been waiting in excess of 5/6 years!
