Help - Western Heights Open Weekend 30/31 May 2009

  We are planning to use the sports field on the Heights for the open weekend on 30/31 May, but have a problem that they group that were planning to man it for us are now unavailable. If anyone has any ideas of groups or people that we could try to contact we would be very grateful.
