    No qualifications and don't consider myself thick thanks Bob. Got to the top without tatty bits of paper through sheer determination and hard work. It's that educationally snobbish attitude which keeps thousands out of work as "up their own self importance" HR types now aim to focus on not passing for review any c.v.'s containing a degree lower than a 2:1. At a stroke they remove thousands from getting anywhere near an interview for work.

    There are vry many "can do" people out there who don't get a fair deal when it comes to employment. I am passionately against any form of educational snobbery in the workplace and always aim to hire on the basis of what someone can do for my company and their personality.
