    Phil. I dont think it reflects badly on the people of Dover. Somebody boobed, whether it was the organisers, the Harbour Board or one (or all) of the Local Authorities, I dont know. That is what we should focus on, who organised it and what did they do, or not do, to drum up support in Dover....
