    Absolutely agree Barry. Of course it does not reflect on the people of Dover, they can not attend an event they did not know about. There seems to have been a breakdown of communication between the MOD, DHB and the councils. Let's only hope that lessons are learned for the future.

    I have been reliably iinformed that the event was covered on pages 12-13 in The Sun today should anyone fancy a look.
